Project Ares is a Geo Economic project designed to stimulate economic development by creating a Secondary Flow of Economics. This secondary flow injects Tax Revenue into the Primary Flow of Economics while at the same time creating a redistribution of income into the Secondary Flow of Economics through the rising opportunities of Free Enterprise and the Free Market.
